In EKOfence, s.r.o., we take care of the proper processing of personal data, as well as protection of personal data

In this document, we provide you with an overview of the processing of personal data that complies with the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

We process your personal data for the purposes of the proper provision of products and services, in particular for sales at the premises, sales via the e-shop, quotations, conclusion of contracts, contract administration or for the negotiation of the conclusion or modification of a contract.

For the above purposes, the provision of your personal data is voluntary, but is necessary for the proper provision of our products and services. We process personal data for an indefinite period of time. If you do not want us to process your personal data in the manner described in this document, we will not be able to provide you with our products and services in full.

It is the legitimate interest of EKOfence, s.r.o. to keep you informed of news concerning the administration of your contracts and to offer you products and services from the Slovak Republic.

In order to ensure the proper operation of EKOfence, s.r.o. and to provide you with quality products and services, third parties also have access to your personal data. These include, in particular, IT service providers, courier services and others who provide services to EKOfence, s.r.o. These intermediaries have a contract with us for the processing of personal data and they are also bound by strict rules for the protection of personal data, including confidentiality of personal data, according to the legislation of the Slovak Republic.

You have the right to contact EKOfence, s.r.o. at any time to request information and access to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to erasure, the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to profiling and automated decision-making and to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by contacting EKOfence, s.r.o. below. You can also contact the Data Protection Authority with any complaint.
